Conditions: By definition, adventure is an activity whose outcome is uncertain. Although Serious Fun is operated by the most experienced riverboarding guides in the world there still remains a degree of risk and the operator can not absolutely guarantee participant’s safety. Serious Fun can not be held responsible for personal injury or for equipment lost or damaged. We reserve the right to cancel or amend any trip due to river, road, weather and safety conditions. Guides’ instructions must be adhered to at all times.

Cancellation Policy: within 24 hours prior to a trip departure may incur a 50 % cancellation fee  within 4 business hours of trip departure will be changed at full price  trips may be cancelled due to weather or river conditions.
